One of the great signs that a telepsychiatry clinic is successful is its growing number of patients. In the case of Bregman Medical Group, they wanted to reach more patients despite the Covid-19 restrictions. And, this was possible with the help of YoYoFuMedia. So, how did we do it? First, we had to analyze what are the specific things they need for their clinic to grow. As with any of YoYoFuMedia’s clients, we look into problem areas that each client may have in order for us to provide personalized action plans to meet the desired goals.
An example for Bregman Medical Group, we noticed that their website needed improvement for it to be more optimized on Google search results. They were not ranking for any keywords, except for their own brand name when we audited the site. There were pages on their site that were outdated or lacked the targeted keywords for more patients to reach them. We also noticed that they did not use targeted advertisements compared with their other competitors.

Optimizing Website Content
We not only create a great landing page for Dr. Bregman, but we also optimized his entire website for him. It’s important to create a cohesive website because it will be like giving a virtual tour to your visitors about what your services are and what your clinic is like. So, you’d want your content to be engaging and up-to-date.
We were able to optimize Bregman MD’s website content in two ways: updating previous content (such as updating service pages), and adding new content (such as new blog posts). In each added post, we made sure to first research what keywords to include in our post. In this way, Google will be able to pick up the site more quickly, and it will rank high in search results.
Here’s an example of the results we had after updating their Child Psychiatry service page. When patients search using the keyword “child psychiatrist for depression”, Dr. Bregman’s service page consistently ranked in Google’s Top 3 results.
Prior to working with YoYoFuMedia, their service pages were not optimized with keywords other than their brand name. When they started working with us, we made their practice more visible to new patients and leads by helping them rank on Google based on what their patients were searching for.
There was a steady increase in the website’s number of views per month because of the new users.
Running Google Ads
We set up a Google Ads account for Dr. Bregman’s clinic to target leads that are within or near their local area. Running these ads in the immediate location where their clinic is situated will make them visible to the potential leads near them. We grabbed this opportunity because the closer the vicinity of the people to the clinic, the more likely they will choose to visit it.
The way we structured Google ads for them is also key to them getting more patients. Here’s an example of one of the ads we made for Dr. Bregman. As you can see, it is direct to the point, informational, and includes useful site links for convenience.
Creating an attractive landing page for Google Ads
We know that a great landing page is key for conversions. We created an attractive landing page for the Bregman Medical Group website just for Google Ads.
We have separate landing pages for Google Ads because the Google Ads algorithm is different than SEO! In order to “game the system,” you need two different landing pages. Most agencies are too lazy and will use the same pages for both, but we take the extra time and effort to create two different ones. This is very important because it allows us to customize for the two different algorithms.
True enough, this translated to them having a higher number of site visitors that eventually converted into new leads for their clinic.
We are also able to track and record all visitor activity on their landing page or their website through a special software. This gives us insight into what exactly makes their visitors decide to convert into patients. Knowing this, we were able to figure out the best areas for their site to improve on and focus our efforts on them.
Targeting the right keywords
We don’t just run ads for the sake of running them. Before making Google ads for the client, we do careful research about the right keywords to use so we can reach the right audience. We check which specific keywords potential patients use while they are searching on Google. And then we target these keywords through a special feature on Google Ads.
By doing this, we are also able to save costs for clients since our ads are highly targeted and therefore only pop up when the right customers search for them. When we are able to target the right people, the higher the chance of converting them as new patients to their clinic.

Tracking and Monitoring Calls
Through a special application, we tracked the calls made by potential customers to their clinic every day. We checked the sources of the calls they were receiving, whether they were from ads, organic searches, referrals, their website, and other sources.
We also monitored their calls every day. So, we know what their customers were looking for, what questions they were frequently asking, and what they needed. We gave Dr. Bregman relevant real-time information about what their patients need so they can use this information to know how to serve them better.
