One of the great signs that a telepsychiatry clinic is successful is its growing number of patients.
In the case of Bregman Medical Group, they wanted to reach more patients for telehealth during the Covid-19 restrictions. With the help of YoYoFuMedia their telepsychiatry clinic grew to 100+ new patients per month!
They were not ranking for any keywords, except for their own brand name when we audited the site. There were pages on their site that were outdated or lacked the targeted keywords for more patients to reach them. We also noticed that they did not use targeted advertisements compared with their other competitors.

We optimized his entire website for him. It’s important to create a cohesive website and keep the content engaging and up-to-date.
We were able to optimize Bregman MD’s website content in two ways: updating previous content (such as updating service pages), and adding new content (such as new blog posts).
In each added post, we made sure to first research what keywords to include in our post, what LSIs, what clusters, and how to create internal silos for the “money pages”. Optimizing these things first means Google picks up the site quicker and ranks it higher in search results.
Here’s an example of the results we had after updating their Child Psychiatry service page. In Coral Gables Florida, when potential patients search using the keyword “child psychiatrist for depression”, Dr. Bregman’s service page consistently ranked in Google’s Top 3 results.
Prior to working with YoYoFuMedia, their service pages were not optimized with keywords other than their brand name. When they started working with us, we made their practice more visible to new patients and prospects by helping them rank on Google based on what their patients were searching for.
We steadily increased the telehealth psychiatry clinic’s organic traffic every month.
We set up a Google Ads account for Dr. Bregman’s clinic to target prospects that are within or near their local area. Running these ads in the immediate location where their clinic is situated made them visible to the potential leads near them.
Even though it’s telehealth, we noticed from the data that the closer the vicinity of the people to the clinic, the more likely they would book an appointment.
The way we wrote the Google ads copy is key to them getting more patients. Here’s an example of one of the ads we made for Dr. Bregman. As you can see, it is direct to the point, informational, and includes the most important site links.
A great landing page is the key to a great ad campaign.
It doesn’t matter how good your google ad campaign is if your landing page doesn’t convert the visitors into appointments.
We created special separate landing pages for Google Ads because the Google Ads algorithm is different than SEO!
In order to “game the system,” you need two different landing pages for two different algorithms.
Most agencies are too lazy and will use the same pages for both. We take the extra time and effort to create two different ones.
We also track and record visitor activity on their landing page or their website. This gives us insight into what exactly makes their visitor turn from someone who visited the site to someone who is highly interested in the doctor. Knowing this, we were able to figure out the best areas for their site to improve on and focus our efforts on them.
We don’t just run ads blindly. Before making Google ads for the client, we do careful research about the right keywords to use so we can reach the right audience. We check which specific keywords potential patients use while they are searching on Google and what keywords their competitors are bidding on.
Every city will have different competitors and every competitor bids differently. With our research and data we are able to see which keywords are being overbid on and which are being underbid on.
By doing this, we are also able to save costs for clients since our ads are highly targeted and therefore only pop up when the right customers search for them (instead of when a competitor searches for them). When we are able to target the right people, it means more of them convert into new patients to Dr. Bregman’s clinic.
Through a special application, we tracked the calls made by potential customers to their clinic. We checked the sources of the calls they were receiving, whether they were from ads, organic searches, referrals, their website, and other sources. The call includes data of which specific campaign, which ad group, which ad copy and other relevant real-time data that gets sent back into Google’s AI to further improving targeting.
