Dr. Tina Feng of Sloan Creek Dental wanted to grow her business. In order to do it, she knew that she needed a continuous flow of new patients every month. However, running a local dental office means that she was in a highly competitive space. For starters, her office was located in Texas, which is the Top 2 state for having the largest number of active dentists. She just had a lot of competition! So, Dr. Feng realized that she needed someone to help her. This is why she worked with YoYoFuMedia to reach more clients.

As with all dental clinics, a good referral system or word-of-mouth is vital for the clinic to flourish. However, this can take months or even years to build. Dr. Feng wanted her small dental clinic to grow in the least amount of time possible. She also wanted high-quality leads that would help drive more value to her dentistry.

YoYoFuMedia understood her goals and helped target the right clients for her. We used a platform where we can ensure to reach more people and turn them into potential clients for Dr. Feng’s office. This platform is Google Ads.

1. Google Ads Campaign

As with all dental clinics, a good referral system or word-of-mouth is vital for the clinic to flourish. However, this can take months or even years to build. Dr. Feng wanted her small dental clinic to grow in the least amount of time possible. She also wanted high-quality leads that would help drive more value to her dentistry.

YoYoFuMedia understood her goals and helped target the right clients for her. We used a platform where we can ensure to reach more people and turn them into potential clients for Dr. Feng’s office. This platform is Google Ads.

1.1. Landing Pages

In addition, we carefully crafted several landing pages that potential clients see when they click our ads. We made sure to have an attractive landing page that would immediately capture the attention of clients. In addition, we presented straightforward information about Dr. Feng’s dentistry such as her clinic hours, services, and how to book a consultation. 

We value the time of our potential clients, so we always see to it that our landing pages give all the information they need at a glance. We found that a good landing page will be able to attract more customers and turn them into patients.

2. Mouse Tracking

Mouse tracking and recording is a great way to gain insight into what website pages customers spend the most time on. This made us see what services the potential patients are most interested in to make them book a consultation in the office. In this way, we can work on improving the ads that matter the most. Now, that is working smart to help the business grow!

3. Effective Keyword Targeting

Another way we made sure our ads were more efficient was using the keyword targeting feature in our ad campaigns. We put our efforts into targeting specific services that the clinic wants to focus on. Such as dental implants, veneers, crowns, and others. 

This meant two things: we were able to achieve maximum productivity from our ads, and our ads were more cost-friendly. By using the same phrases that our targeted audience used when they searched on Google, we were able to ensure that our ads will only appear to the right people. 

Dr. Feng also did not have to worry about paying for ads that were not relevant to what her patients were searching for. We were able to use the budget that we had to what ads matter the most and therefore, bring in the high-value patients.

4. Call Tracking and Monitoring

Using a special application, we were able to track and monitor the calls that came in from new patients. This allowed us to know what exactly the patients were looking for. When we know these details, we could then adjust our existing ads to cater to what new patients need. We were able to continually improve our ads and bring a consistent flow of additional new patients every month.

Since we had multiple ads, we used different tracking numbers, so we could tell which ads were doing well. Through the call monitoring application, we were also able to check how the clinic receptionist answered each call.

5. Better, Bigger Ads than Competitors

The bigger the amount of space your ad takes up on Google, the more attention it attracts and the better its performance.

In short, the bigger your ad, the more people will see it, thus more patients for you.

In just a span of one month, Dr. Feng saw a surge of 24 new patients in her dental office. And in just 5 months, she was able to get over 80+ patients!

In conclusion, Dr. Feng was able to achieve the following goals for her small dental clinic:

  • Aside from the numbers, she was able to gain high-quality patients who were looking for the services that her dental office was offering.
  • She was able to take more control of her practice.
