For the first year we got Sage Dental 20 patients per month from Google Ads
Sage Dental’s previous agencies had gotten them 0 new patients. We took over the account and scaled it to 20 new patients every month and 30% of that were dental implants, all-on-4s, etc. And then a year later we were scaled it to 54 new patients a month.
And out of those new patients, over 50% were high revenue cases:

So how did we do it?
Here's what we did
Originally, the campaign’s structure is was outdated and out of shape. They had overlapping campaigns that cannibalized each other. First we fixed, and restructured the campaign. We turned it around from 0 new patients to 20 new patients per months.
They were using too board and incorrect keywords. In their search terms, they ended up getting clicks for Dental CEU, dentist school, dentist jobs, etc. All irrelevant to their business.
What we did is we used multiple keyword research tools that will give us insights on what keywords should be used to reach the right audience for the dental clinic. We focused on keywords that had the intention of making dental appointments e.g. “dentist near me”, “dentist for dental implants”, and so on.

We did this on the first year when we first took over the account by utilizing all Google’s ad assets and extensions.

See how the bigger ad takes up more space? The bigger the size of the ad, the better. It is more eye-catching compared to smaller ones. And google charges you the same amount.

Notice how the Dental Implants campaign got a huge increase in conversions. The amount of traffic volume and clicks increased, but most importantly conversions (new patient appointments) increased. The cost per click and cost per conversion also decreased, which means cheaper cost while getting more new
patients!
