Dr. Tina Feng of Sloan Creek Dental wanted to grow her business. In order to do it, she knew that she needed a continuous flow of new patients every month.
However, running a local dental office means that she was in a highly competitive space.
Her dental clinic was located in Texas, which is the Top 2 state for having the largest number of active dentists. So, Dr. Feng realized that she needed someone to help her. That’s when she saw one of our case studies and reached out to us for help.
As with all dental clinics, a good referral system or word-of-mouth is vital for the clinic to flourish. However, this can take months or even years to build. Dr. Feng wanted her small dental clinic to grow as fast as possible. She also wanted high-quality leads that would help drive more value to her dentistry.

With mouse tracking, we can see which exactly part of the page viewers stayed on, which word they highlighted and what appealed to them. From there we know which section to move upwards on the page, which social proof works and how to improve the copywriting to appeal to potential new patients. It’s a scientific method of testing, seeing qualitative data, and then iterating to improve conversion rates in a cycle again and again.
We put our efforts into targeting specific services that the clinic wants to focus on. Such as dental implants, veneers, crowns, and others. And we spent hours each week looking at her google ads account’s search terms and adding negative keywords. Unlike most agencies, our account managers look at accounts every day and add new negative keywords.
This meant two things: we were able to achieve maximum productivity from our ads, and our ads were more cost-friendly. By using the same phrases that our targeted audience used and negative keywords to rule out irrelevant terms, we were able to ensure that our ads will only appear to the right people.

Using call tracking software, we tracked and monitor the calls that came in from new patients. This allowed us to know what exactly the patients were looking for. With the details, we could then adjust our existing ads to cater to what new potential patients needed. We were able to continually improve our ads and bring a consistent flow of additional new patients every month.
Since we had multiple ads, we used different tracking numbers, so we could tell which ads were doing well.
